1. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards must be used by the recipient within 12 months of the original purchase date.

  • Course content and dates may vary, and gift cards do not include pre-selected dates.

  • Recipients must contact Life With Tools to book their course date.

    2. Young People
    We accept young people aged 14 and above, provided they are accompanied by an adult or guardian. The accompanying adult or guardian must also be enrolled in the course. They are required to take full responsibility for the young person during the course.

3. Cancellations by Life With Tools

  • If Life With Tools needs to postpone or cancel your course date, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling to a later date.

  • We will strive to notify you as soon as possible in the event of any cancellations.

  • Life With Tools does not take responsibility for any personal losses resulting from course cancellations, including accommodation or travel expenses.

4. Cancelling Your Course

  • If you need to cancel your course, you may exchange it for a later date, subject to availability.

  • Part refunds are not offered.

  • Courses are non-refundable.

5. Attendees

  • Only individuals named on the booking are allowed to enroll and attend the course.

6. Health and Safety

  • Attendees will be required to sign a waiver before beginning the course. We strongly encourage reading it carefully.

  • A safety lesson will be provided, and safety equipment will be issued before commencing any activities.

  • Minor injuries, such as cuts and blisters, may occur during the course.

  • Attendees must be in good health to participate. We advise anyone with dust allergies or lung-related health conditions not to attend.

7. Equipment Usage

  • All tools and materials will be provided during the course. Attendees are not permitted to bring their own tools unless pre-approved by Life With Tools.

  • Any damage to tools or equipment due to misuse may result in charges for repair or replacement.

  • Attendees must follow all instructor guidelines regarding tool and equipment usage for safety purposes.

8. Clothing Requirements

  • Participants are required to wear appropriate clothing and sturdy, closed-toe footwear. Loose clothing, jewelry, or accessories that may pose safety risks are not allowed.

  • Protective gear, such as goggles and gloves, will be provided and must be worn when instructed.

9. Code of Conduct

  • Attendees must behave respectfully toward instructors and other participants at all times.

  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.

10. Photography and Media

  • Life With Tools may take photographs or videos during the course for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us prior to the start of the course.
